Parent Staff Association (PSA)

Cheadle Catholic Infant School has an active PSA. All parents/guardians of pupils attending the school and all teachers are automatic members. A committee is formed and elected members are the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. An AGM is held during the Autumn Term and new officers are elected. The committee meets at least once a term. Generally the Association aims to hold one social and/or fund-raising event each term. All monies raised from any event go back into funding the school where it is felt appropriate. In December a joint Christmas Fair takes place with Cheadle Catholic Junior School. This event generates the most income and the total profit is split between the two schools. A joint Summer Family Fun Night, Quiz Nights, Discos and Bedtime Stories have proved equally successful.
